Women's Leadership Institute (WLI)
Overview
Kennesaw State University’s Women’s Leadership Institute (WLI) provides current staff and faculty with opportunities for professional growth and development both as individuals and as members of a select cohort. Participants will engage in activities and discussions designed to build upon key leadership skills as well as make connections with members of the KSU community and the community at large.
WLI offers cohort participants a chance to gain valuable insight into leadership competencies that will prepare them for future roles in the university. Those who participate will, in turn, play an important role in helping to meet the demands of our student-focused, research institution.
