Goal Setting Training

Goal setting enables employees to understand their work expectations. In this manager training, we will explore the new online process, the importance of strategic goal setting, and tips top leaders use to achieve greater success. Managers may communicate to their staff the desired completion date for self-evaluations.  HR recommends these be completed no later than February 1, 2024, in order to allow supervisors ample time to complete their portion of the evaluation and submit it for next level review.

The state legislature and subsequently USG have not yet confirmed if employee merit will be a part of the budget process for the coming year.  For a manager to be eligible for any possible merit increase, they must have completed all evaluations for the staff directly reporting to them by the March 1, 2024, deadline.
