Frequently Asked Questions

  • All faculty and staff (full and part time) are eligible to utilize the EAP services.  Student workers (student assistants, federal work study, and graduate assistants) are not covered by the EAP.

  • During the initial implementation of this program, the program is being funded by the USG. KSU will eventually be responsible for the administrative fee which is not based on usage but rather is calculated on head count of covered employees.

  • No names or identifying information is provided to the USG or KSU as this information is held in strictest confidence.  However, Espyr does provide consolidated usage reports which reflect the types of service inquiries received each month.  This report is used to help determine what challenges are facing our specific employee population and guide us in enhancing the benefits and programs we offer.
